Qigong with Melinda Lamarche In-Person

$40 for the 5 week series (register here)
$10 drop-in (pay when you arrive in class)

Qigong is an ancient Chinese wellness practice that combines gentle movements with deep breathing and mindful focus to reduce stress and improve overall health. These techniques strengthen the body while calming the nervous system and clearing the mind. As a form of moving meditation, Qigong helps cultivate and balance the body’s natural healing energy. It is accessible to everyone, requiring no prior experience or special equipment.

Melinda Lamarche is a practitioner and teacher of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga. She is excited to share the practice of Qigong with the community, as she has found it to be particularly effective for students—especially seniors—looking for accessible ways to stay active.
