Personal Monologue: Telling Your Story
Is there a moment from your life that still lingers—one that shaped you, surprised you, or never quite let go?

In this guided and supportive workshop, participants will explore personal memories through thoughtful prompts and storytelling exercises, shaping them into a short monologue written in their own authentic voice. No writing experience is needed—just a willingness to reflect and a story you feel ready to explore.

Together, we’ll create a welcoming space to slow down, listen inward, and give voice to the moments that matter. Participants will leave with a meaningful piece of writing—and, if they choose, the opportunity to share their story in a respectful and encouraging environment.

Harrie Mulé is a writer, producer, teaching artist, creativity coach and founder of The Creative Life with more than two decades of combined experience in the creative arts. She has founded several initiatives in which she plays a key role in supporting emerging talents and bringing innovative performances to the Hudson Valley and surrounding communities. Harrie co-produced the off-off Broadway shows "My Three Angels" and "It Had to be You" and is the producer/artistic director for Make A Scene Productions. Harrie is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, HB Studios, a former student of luminaries Austin Pendleton and Marcia Haufrecht and a member of AFTRA and SAG.
