Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention In-Person

RSVP is required. Call 845-340-3456 to register. Space is limited.
Meets twice a week for 8 weeks, on Tuesdays at 11am (beginning 9/9) and Thursdays (beginning 9/11) at 2:30pm. Please register only if you can commit to attending all classes as they build on each other.

Tai chi is a slow, rhythmic and graceful exercise that promotes good health and overall well being. Practicing tai chi increases strength, flexibility and mobility, improves posture and balance, and reduces pain and stress.
