Community Yoga With Megan Forziati In-Person

Meets weekly on Wednesdays. Donation based slow flow vinyasa class. Open level. Beginners welcome. 

Please dress to move freely. Bring your own mat and yoga props.

Whether you're just beginning your yogic journey, or you've been practicing for years, experience a safe place to experiment with a variety of depth. Practice control and precision in this Vinyasa driven flow with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels. 

In 2018, Megan took to the road in search of perspective. She travelled the 48 contiguous states with her pup in an ’83 Dodge van, and ultimately deep dove into her yogic journey. The following year, she moved to Colorado where she received her RYT-200 certification. Megan’s classes focus on deepening the connection between body, mind, and soul while cultivating a light-hearted environment.
